Shipping & Order Restrictions

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

We do not ship orders when either the billing or shipping address is in CA, CO, CT, HI, Chicago, IL, Cook County, IL, Aurora, IL, Highland Park, IL, Washington, D.C., MA, MD, NJ, or NY. Orders under these circumstances will not be accepted or will be cancelled.

Restrictions do not apply to Federal Agencies or Law Enforcement

Ross Defense Systems makes its best effort to ensure that it remains current on all laws and regulations as applicable. Please be aware that United States federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations are complex and are subject to frequent change. Therefore, any summaries of such laws and regulations provided by Ross Defense Systems cannot and will not serve as legal advice or counseling in any way.

Ross Defense Systems reserves the right to amend or change our policy as needed.


What are the shipping time and costs?

Shipping costs are based on order total, with shipping via USPS. Ground or Priority Express are available upon check-out.

In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days (M-F). Transit times may vary depending on location and the day of the week the order was placed.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not do international sales or shipping. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses that are located within the United States and on the approved shipping destination list.


Orders & Returns

What payment methods are accepted?

Ross Defense Systems accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.


Will I be charged sales tax?

A fee of approximately 8.25% (subject to change) of the order total will be added for those orders with a billing address in the state of Texas.


How do I cancel an order or return merchandise?

We are unable to adjust or cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped.

Alternatively, items may be returned for a refund as per our current return policy. Contact the customer service department by phone or email to begin the return process and receive a Return Material Authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

If possible, ship the item back in the original packaging. Otherwise, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or padding and place in an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages.

Note: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process from the time we receive the returned merchandise.
